TRADITIONAL FERTILIZATION PROGRAM

Early and Late Spring - Slow release granular fertilizer containing crabgrass preventer - these treatments aid in grass reproduction and promote strong root development - broadleaf weed control where needed.

Summer and Late Summer - Seasonal liquid treatment containing chelated liquid iron, phosphorus, potash and manganese to maintain a healthy green color and promote deep root growth. These treatments do not promote substantial top growth which in turn helps your lawn require less water - broadleaf weed control where needed.

Fall - Timed release "winterizer" with special micronutrients to feed your lawn going into winter and promote early spring green up. This is the most important feeding of the year!

Winter - Spider mite treatment.  We perform this service in order to prevent mite damage which is often mistaken for "winter kill".

REVIVE TM BRAND SOIL CONDITIONER

An organic based treatment proven to increase water usage efficiency by wetting the soil deeper and allowing your lawn to conserve more water between irrigations. This non-burning product assists in breaking up and loosening hard, dry, compacted Colorado soils, preventing run off and reducing water evaporation. When applied with fertilizer Revive helps the nutrients move deeper to the grass roots. "When water is wetter it sinks in better."

LAWN AERATION

What is it and why does your lawn need it? Lawn aeration is the core cultivation of turf grass. Lawns benefit from this process for a number of reasons. First, this process loosens the soil. Compacted soil can greatly inhibit the flow of water, air and nutrient uptake. Second, the small cores of earth deposited on top of the grass act as top dressing of fresh, rich soil. This is very helpful in reducing thatch which is usually the cause of the most severe turf problems such as disease and insects.

POWER-SEEDING

This is the process of mechanically incorporating grass seed into a lawn that may have thin areas, too much shade, disease problems or heavy traffic. Depending on the individual circumstances a special seed type is used to correct these problems.

DISEASE AND INSECT TREATMENTS

Unfortunately even healthy lawns can develop disease and insect problems which if left untreated can destroy an entire yard. When we are servicing your property we are always on the lookout for these types of problems. If any problems are evident we will notify you immediately and with your permission take the necessary steps to control them.
